Honestly one of the best companies I've ever done business with! They go above and beyond. The quality of the work is top notch. I had the team install a fully automated wifi, theatre and surround system throughout my house. It works beautifully. Kent and Russel are incredible. Whenever I have issues I'm always able to call them. The system is perfect. Thank you guys. I highly recommend this company and their entire team.

I can't say enough good things about my experience and service from Brian and the team who handled my project. To say they went over, above, and beyond when it came to making sure everything about the installation was perfect is an understatement. There were a couple of pesky remote. programming and projector compatibility issues to work through, and they would not give up or sign off on the project until everything worked perfectly. I smile every time I listen and view anything in my theater. I can't recommend them highly enough! 5 stars!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff are only the beginning. Paul is a great guy and has been very helpful as I've explored different audio options. Even with my modest budget I didn't feel as if I was a burden for them. If you're looking for great headphones and audio components this is the place to go. On my last visit I found out that they carry a huge selection of tubes. Now I can indulge my tube rolling by going to a local shop instead of having to order from eBay!

Was putting together a new sound system and the turntable given to me by my in-laws needed a new cartridge. My neighbor recommended Sound Ideas, and sure enough, they were great. They took a lot of care with installing and aligning the new cartridge, and it sounds great. They have a new customer for life. Highly recommend.

We have used Sound Ideas for home entertainment (audio, video and automation) for 15 years. Their service has always been of the highest quality. They respond to problems immediately - extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable staff that always go the extra mile. The surround sound quality and video in our family room is simply amazing. Paul and his staff designed the system, including Control 4 control, which has really worked very well. The ability to control sound around each area of the house, as well as outside, makes life much simpler. We really appreciate Paul, Chris, Frank and all the staff of Sound Ideas. They are very professional, quality oriented and very honest in their recommendations. Their integrity is beyond reproach.

Sound Ideas is a great place to shop for your electronic needs. We have been coming here to see Paul for years and have always been very satisfied. We have bought many stereo components over the years and even had old ones repaired. We were always completely satisfied! Recently we had them install a high end outdoor antennae and Kevin did a wonderful job! He was spot on for everything he needed. Kevin helped with reprogramming our TV and locating the correct directional for optimal receiving capabilities of our new Antennae. Thank you Kevin! The folks at Sound Ideas are GREAT !

We used Sound Ideas to install our Control 4 System. We were very happy with the quality of work that Paul and Frank consistently demonstrated throughout the consultation and installation process. Paul is very upfront and honest with pricing and gave excellent recommendations for equipment. Frank worked very hard during the installation. I have been a Sound Ideas customer for more than 20 years. They have designed and installed automation, high performance AV and theater level surround sound in several of my homes. Paul and his staff have the expertise to complete complex installations properly (the first time) and they always make themselves available to troubleshoot or repair problems when they occur. The quality of their work is excellent but their customer service is even better; you can rely on their advice, their craftsmanship, and their integrity in any work that they do.

Cool store and friendly staff. Mark was super helpful! Helped me find the right receiver for my setup. Lots of new and used options. Will definitely visit again when I am ready for another upgrade to my system. Thanks Mark!

If you like music and great sound and customer service no place better. Not for your averege Best Buy customer high end audio for those looking for high end equipment dealt with them over 20 years no placd else I would go
